These work so much better than the plastic markers! They don’t feel cheap and haven’t bent.

The many colors contained in this kit give you the knitter, many options to divide your project and indicate where increase or decrease stitches will happen. Also helpful for designating the breaks for neck, shoulders and arms

TLDR Version for the ADHDers: They're basically round safety pins and they're fun to hyperfixate on.I love these little things. I'm new to crocheting and bought a cheap starter kit from Wally World to begin with. It had some weird plastic swirls that were meant to be stitch markers and they were a nightmare to attempt to get through a stitch because they were blunt tipped so I set out to find something I preferred. This was cheap and pretty and sharp - all systems go!Because these are basically bulbous safety pins, you can picture how they work. I appreciate the fine tip of the pin portion because if my stitches are a little weird (and they usually are) I can just force the pin through. :) I have also devised a little system of keeping up with rounds based on the colors of the rainbow so I always know basically what round I'm on without having to put a lot of thought into it.I don't use the needles often, but when I have they have been useful. They're very sturdy metal, so there isn't any bending - I will say that I wish they came with a needle threader for yarn because it's a bit tedious trying to get yarn through even the longest of eyes.Anyway, wherever my crocheting bag goes, so goes this little box of stitch markers. (Just remember to close the lid because I definitely forgot once and spilled it off of my leg and onto the couch, creating a cacophony of colored metal that took more than a minute to resort)

The stitch markers themselves are great; the cheap plastic storage container was broken beyond repair when it arrived (apparently in transit), and I had to transfer the markers to another container, so if part of why you choose this is the convenience of the container, be aware that it breaks with incredible ease. That said, the contents are well worth it if you need easy to use and easy to see stitch markers and a variety of yarn needles. I use mine for crochet, but they would be equally useful for knitting.

Good quality and size. I use them as crochet stitch markers and to hold my place when I take a break. Note: They are very sharp on the ends. These are much better than the plastic ones bcs they don't break or pop open.

I have been using the plastic ones which seem to get in the way. These markers hang down and out of the way. They're small, but do a great job. PLUS, there are so many of them. Perfect and a great buy!!!

I have gotten stitch markers in plastic and they break after one use. These are very durable. They are in many colors so you can differentiate the different rows. Great product.

Great value for the price. The markers have a secure closure and working with delicate yarn these markers were the best.
