PROS:Cheap and effective, not $70-$100+ rack to store your board. They may look tacky compared to nice wooden/stained hooks but you only see about 10% of the whole hook.Easy install if you’re good at math and measuring(which I’m terrible at measuring).Pretty thick/soft padding.CONS:Never used the screws it came with, judging by the looks/feel of them and other reviews, I wasn’t about to hang $4k worth of SUPs on those. Went to Lowe’s and got 160lb Anchors and screws for a few bucks and they’re stout!I feel like the padding will probably mold to the shape of the board and break down over time.No actual instructions as to where to these hooks should be placed on your board, you definitely want them closer to the center so the board sits nicely on the padded part. The further out you spread the hooks, you will need to angle the hooks according to the curvature of your board(which I didn’t do, learn the hard way right?)Hooks flex just the tiniest bit but you can’t tell, like I said the anchors seem REALLY sturdy. All in all I still give it 5 stars, go to your local hardware store and purchase some anchors and you’ll be happy! Great product!

New 10.5 foot 28lb SUP for my wife, not a lot of room in our garage. This worked perfect. Only reason for a 4-star is that the mounts definitely have some flex in them, which makes me wonder how they will hold up over time.** Very simple to install, but I purchased 3-inch screws and went into the studs (I would not trust the drywall anchors included). No instructions for mounting, so I took the length of the board (10.5'), divided by 2 (about 5.1') and that was distance I used to separate for weight distribution. I’d suggest mounting low enough to get your board on and off the wall without messing your back up!**UPDATE 1.29.21: These racks have definitely held up over the last year of weekly use, and the flex I was concerned with as a possible weakness is still there (which means they are actually NOT wearing out). Upgrade to 5-star. At $30, this is a steal!

Found to be the product as advertised. I saw some reviews that they purchased stronger anchors or screws, but I used only what was provided. It's very sturdy, and looks great. I'm quite confident my Bote board will be well secured above my couch in the living room.Highlights:- Feels well constructed- Confident and easy installment- Quick, less than 10 minutesTools needed:- Drill bit- Power drill- Studfinder- Electric screwdriver- level- tape measure- pencilHighly recommend.

Worked great, I was hanging on the side of a shed so I had to use bolts. Holes drilled out nicely and hung easily. Very happy with the purchase so far’

Before someone with no tool experience reviews this...These are great and super easy to install. I installed them on block with 1/4†tap cons. You’ll need to drill the holes slightly but since their aluminum it only took a couple seconds. Whether it’s wood or block I recommend screwing both holes. It will feel bouncy/loose once installed but once the board is on it it’s quite sturdy. With 11†length you’ll have space to lean the board and put your paddles on the same rack. Overall I’m really liking them.Four stars because the felt pads could beSecured better. had to heat the glue to make it stick down after shipping.

Pleasantly surprised, better than expected.I was torn between these and the floating design because I was concerned that these would not be secure enough to protect my investment.I chose these because of concerns of ease of access since I knew I would be stacking two boards on one wall. These are definitely the way to go! Extremely sturdy, very deep, so the boards lean against the wall, making them more secure, easy to install, easy to grab the boards, and they look great too! The boards are definitely on full display and the center of attention.

These are a great value for your money if you're looking to mount your SUP to the wall and the only thing I didn't was the screws that came with the package, I opted for my own hardware but I am sure their screws will work fine too. These hold our 12'6" BOTE SUPs perfectly on the wall and they come with padding on the sitting surface so you don't scratch your boards.

Love this rack - it's really all you need to store your board, beautiful minimalist low-cost solution. I mounted it on the patio's brick wall, so in my case it's basically outdoor storage (but protected from rain and mostly from the sun). The board stays secure in place even during strong winds. I added a couple of coat hangers to store the paddle over the board, makes me happy.

Great solution for storing/displaying my paddle board in the garage! The tweaks I made were...1) I don't feel the screws that came with the product were sufficient, so I picked up longer wood screws (1" longer) and added washers (shown in pic #2), I screwed them into the studs of the wall. SOLID!2) This is a deep rack, so I added a piece of foam on the rack (pic #3) to give a gap enough to place my paddle in front of the board and stop the board from sliding all the way to the lip. If the board is at the lip and leaning against the wall, it's too steep of an angle, hence me adding the foam to keep her at just the right 'display' angle. Now I don't need a separate paddle holder! Boom!Love the black colour and simple design. Hope this helps! Thanks!
