i think it’s a good chair! the recliner so far is super easy. i’m pregnant with twins and our daughter is 13 months and this chair rocks and swivels so i can get out so easily. it’s not a chair that i would maybe watch tv in every night but i almost fell asleep in it tonight haha. i find it’s more on the firm side which is my own personal preference. the only noise is from reclining out or reclining back to chair position, which that’s just normal. im 5’2†so the size is good for me, my husband is like 5’8†and it’s good for him. hope this helps!

Very easy to assemble. Very heavy. Rocks very smoothly and quiet. I’m 5’5†if I’m sitting all the way back in the chair my feet don’t quit hit the floor . I added a small bolster pillow and that works perfectly. I was surprised at how far it reclines it almost goes flat. The size is also perfect as I was replacing a glider rocker it’s not too big. I think it was a great purchase.

We needed a chair for the nursery. Was nervous to order this but it’s perfect. Looks luxurious and is comfortable. Great value! Highly recommend

Cozy and quiet. My only complaint is the bright blue light on the side of the chair. It lights up the entire room.

was nervous about buying a chair i couldn’t feel or sit on in person but this chair is great! it is comfy and the boucle material is so soft. the reclining buttons are easy to use and the usb feature is a plus. way more affordable than other boucle electric recliners on the market

This was a great decision as this power gilder has been making the feeding and nursing process so much more comfortable ! the price is half of the premium ones we have seen in the market but def serves the same purpose!

I was looking for a reasonably priced upholstered electric recliner chair that also swivelled and rocked. Something with contemporary lines to blend with our living furniture. This chair turned out to be perfect for our needs. Seating is firm but still comfortable. Functionality is good but time will tell. I am very pleased and would definitely recommend.

Not worth the price and terrible customer service. contacted storkcraft online was told just to go to Amazon to start returning process?? There is a folding mark on the back cushion that can’t be removed. I have had it for a week and it won’t go away. Also the back is too short and does not support your head and neck properly. I am short person only 5â€2 .You need to add your own pillow on the recliner. Should have gone with kidiway recliner.

I am still waiting for someone from this company to help me with this price of garbage that I ordered that doesn’t work. I ordered this chair to have it prior to my baby being born. Right from the first plug in, it only works very rarely. The button on the side works about 10% of the time to open and close the chair. It gets stuck in open position, etc. I have tried contacting customer care multiple times for weeks and no response. I assume they are waiting for the “return time†to expire so they don’t have to help me or fix the problem. I asked them to send me a new wiring package for the back of the chair as I assume this is the problem. No response. I have a new baby and spent almost $1000 on a broken chair with no help in fixing the problem. Very very upset! Still waiting for a response fromCompany. Have sent many many emails.
