Comes with mini wrench inside the nuts & bolts baggie, tied with a red string. Chair comes in two boxes. Takes one person to do the heavy lift assembly, and a second person to help line up & guide. Be super careful when opening box, the leather chair is boxed tightly near the box edges. I only opened two sides of the box seams, so that chair can slide out from box on one side. (When assembling we found that the back of chair itself, should make a "click" sound when putting it into place.. that's not listed in the directions). However since 2 chairs were purchased at the same time, we put the second one together and learned that install (trick) for the first one. I like the chairs they are comfy and have clean lines, simple & elegant. I need some leg force to close chair from a reclined position but perhaps for others would be okay? Also, chairs have swivel and rocking motion with ease. I think they are awesome chairs!

I love the chair. It is on the small side, which I wanted, and fits very nicely in the space I have for it. I bought the white leather and it looks nice. It seems well made. However, please thoroughly inspect the box it comes in for possible future claims. Our box was almost destroyed. It was crushed, torn, bursting seams. It really looked like it had been thrown off the back of a truck and rolled down a hill. We expected the chair to have a lot of damage. It came fully enclosed in heavy plastic. No tears in that and the chair was unblemished. However, there was some misalignment underneath that required a Dremel tool to grind away the tips of bolts that were rubbing, probably due to the terrible handling from shippers. We suspect some bending was responsible. But he fixed it.

Very nice recliner of good quality, comfortable and easy to put together. It arrived properly packed and within a few days. Definitely would recommend it.

My dad got this for me for the nursery and we love it. It’s comfortable and perfect. Maybe a cup holder would’ve been nice and some storage since it’s so pricey but overall not bad.
