As you may be able tell from the photo the switch piece caved in. Now to turn it on I would have to use a pin or small object to turn it on and off. So much for safety if I needed it quickly. The warranty is garbage and says it basically doesn’t cover any objects on the wand unless it was defective when bought. Not a great buy unless you keep it in a China cabinet 😂👎ðŸ¾

A coyote grabbed my terrier by the neck and tried to kill him unsuccessfully. Wish I had this then . This is a very impressive self defense device . If you are walking your dog or need self defense this is very effective .

The product has stopped working and will not recharge only the flashlight works. This is very disappointing because this was protection for me when I take walks with my small dog, it does not help us at all against the large dogs are predators, perverts and other criminal activity that’s going on around in my neighborhood so I don’t recommend this product for anyone because it is not worth the money that I spent on it for my own protection. I wish there was a way that someone could get in touch with me and offer me a refund or a different product because this one is not worth it.

The build quality is not good, the switches did not seem top-of-the-line. I could see having problems with this later, but it is a gift for my wife and I'll let you know after it's been used to update this.
