After reviewing several wheel chocks that would work with the spacing between my tires (14 inches), I decided to purchase this set. Another set reviewed did provide the ability to install with the adjustment in the front of the chock rather than the top but at more than double the price, these topped the list. Was a bit concerned about the strength as the product details note the weight as 1 pound which after receiving them is obviously in error. They are made of heavy gauge stamped steel and the action during adjustment is smooth and effortless. Another benefit is the louvered chock pads that fit against the tires. This should provide a firm grip and prevent any slipping of the tires on the chock.

Works great for wide spaced axles. Wrench for tightening and loosening could be longer. Other than that very happy with purchase.

Does what it supposed to do. The wheels on my trailer are widely spaced and it was difficult to find a fair priced option. I've had no issues and it works just as designed

Used them for the first time 2 days ago and had one bend immediately! This on my travel trailer that has a space of 14" between the tires, so these should have worked. I wondered why it was not getting tight against the tire and that's when I noticed the whole right side arm was bending out toward me! Really irritated that I am at my week long campsite and brand new pieces of junk don't even work!!! Should have gotten the BAL brand and listened to the poor reviews about these Stromberg Carlson on Amazon. BUYER BEWARE!!!

I have spread axle rv. This makes towing with far less sway but difficult to find this type of stabilizer. These eliminate sway fore and aft while camping and they cover the 16†between my rv tires. Just remember to install these before you extend your slides. Or, you can learn the hard way as I did!

Pretty easy to use and intuitive. But I can see over-tightening these quite easily. I use these on my enclosed cargo trailer and they stop the rocking back and forth motion when loading and unloading. Seem solid and look like they'll last a long time
