So much faster than using shims

I'm a building contractor, so I have hung my fair share of doors over my career. After seeing these, I decided to give them a shot. What an amazing product! Simple to use and sturdy. Doors come out level and square every time. Install a pre-hung door perfectly in less than 10 minutes. Saved me tons of time and $$$.Definitely one of those "Why didn't I think of that" products.

We were trying to hang doors in a home where there wasn't a level door frame and after an entire day and two doors I was done. 😒 I started looking for tips online and found these! So easy!! When you're starting with one side that is secure and absolutely level, it is a tremendous help! 🥳 We'll never hang a door with just shims again.

I have six doors to hang and these are a time saver. Attach the brackets per instructions then place all the shims, nail then install the door. I’m sure a few bad words were avoided by using this product. Very pleased with the results.

These make hanging doors alone SO MUCH FASTER!! But they're not perfect. The metal is very thin, so the door vibrates pretty good when you close the door and in a couple of cases I found the metal even bent after I installed them. I still plan on using them for all my door installs, but after I hang the doors with these, I add shims and screw the door to the framing the traditional way so its rock solid. But these make hanging doors go from a two-man job, to a one-man job without adding any extra time (actually saving time over a two-man install in some cases).

If you are a DIYer who struggles to hang doors this is a great product. I can build a house but for reasons that are beyond me I struggled to hang a door quickly. This product make the process mind numbingly easy and makes for a very solid installation. Install the brackets, strike a level line on the hinge side about 1/2 inch in from the edge of the opening. Put the door in the hole and just like up the markings on the brackets with the level line you drew. On the lock side you just set to door gap to the frame equally screw in and your done. No shims, no headaches.

Once you get the hinger side plumbed the rest is a piece cake if you RO is framed correctly. They can even compensate if the RO is a bit off.
