My 2005 Legacy GT wagon would often stall when you pushed the clutch pedal in - extremely dangerous while moving. I had higher than normal oil consumption and noticed that the PCV valve was original to the car which was confirmed checking against the service history. Car no longer stalls at red lights or while pushing the clutch in to, say, downshift. Car consumes oil very slightly slower now. Did not install myself as I recognized that the intake manifold would have to come off to install this in the car and didn't have a method of sourcing replacement gaskets for the manifold should those be old and worn.

Genuine parts, haven’t installed it yet due to wanting to redo my whole breather/pcv system with an aos or catch can set up. But it’s a Subaru part and that’s good enough for me:)

First, the item was shipped quickly and packaged accorindingly. Even got some free candy!The PCV valve/hose assembly I received was the correct part and fit as expected, with the exception of one hose that was a bit too short. No worries, I just reused the original hose on my 05 LGT. Works great and I have seen a drop in oil consumption.

overall I'm happy with the product. However I was disappointed that the small breather hose was a half inch shorter than the original one I replaced. It wasn't possible to hook up and I had to swap the old small hose back on the new assembly. Also it was missing the bottom clamp. I ended up using a hose clamp and reaching down there with an 8 mm ratchet to tighten it down. Very tough fit!

Fit my 05 Saab 92x aero. It was actually really easy to install but you gotta go through the trouble of taking off the inter cooler and the adjacent hoses. As well as some other nearby hoses. I did it while replacing all the coolant and vacuum lines so it took me a while to do all of it. If you are just doing this hose it may be a lot of hassle for just one hose.
