How to transfer your photo onto the sublimation coffee mugs blank?
- Print your design to sublimaion paper with sublimation ink，set mirror printing.
- Set temperature of the press at 360 F.
- Set the desired time about 240s.
- Fixing the sublimation paper with image to ceramic mug(use heat resistance tape).
- Put the mug into the mug press. Heating.
- Take the mug out after done, peel off the paper. Your customized gift is done!

These are the coolest coffee cups ever! After they get hot they turn white and you can see image. They sublimated beautifully. Colors are vibrant. Excellent value and durability. Only con with these are you have to be very careful peeling tape off of your image because they do scratch easily

I have ordered the all white and the assorted colors. I’ve had no issues with sublimation. In reference to the assorted colors, the dark red is closer to a reddish brown and I did not receive the dark blue as listed but a very dark purple. All are very pretty and vibrant.

I originally gave this product 3 stars because the shipment was packed with great care. I loved the size, the sturdiness, the style and the fact that they gave you individual gift boxes for each. But, in my opinion, these mugs were not meant to be used with sublimation or infusible ink.Well I finally had a chance to test the new mugs. They did work out. Thank you! I had to find out how to change the settings on my Cricut mug press to do the recommended settings that you sent me. (210 secs at 380F. But got that figured out too. So, to let you know and others know, I set the mug press to low (it was at normal). I didn't use any butcher paper and minimal heat tape. I also only cooked it until the LED light on the mug press hit the 4th light. I immediately took it out of the press (of course using gloves) and took the paper off. NO problems with the new mug. I then tried to do the same thing with the old mug (wondering if the settings had anything to do with the issue) and I still got the same paper sticking problem even though it wasn't as bad as the first time. So with that said, the old mugs did have a defect, the new mugs are fine as long as you use the new settings ( I will try normal settings in the future with no extra butcher paper) and see how that turns out. I want to thank you for your quick response, courtesy, customer service, concern and top notch handling of the situation. I will recommend your product to others, but advise to adjust their settings and the way they handle the product with hope that in the future the company you deal with is as genuine as you. My customer has informed me that all six of the sublimated mugs that I sold her have all but lost the sublimated images that they were sold with after washing them in her dishwasher. I have since tested two additional mugs with sublimated images from the same ink batch and have lost part of the images after one washing in my dishwasher. I then sublimated images from the same ink batch onto two sublimation mugs from "a different supplier" which resulted in "no fading" to the images after two washes in my dishwasher. Needless to say, I am most disappointed in the quality of your mugs polymer substrate coating for sublimation use.

Le revêtement noir est très fragile. Aussitôt sorti de la presse, il en manquait un bout. Très déçus. Sinon, la boite était bien emballer. Rien de brisé.

Bought this to test the quality. Will be purchasing again. Images transfers well. Cup has a good feel with a nice handle. They were well packed for shipping. The gift boxes are in the bottom of the box and there is no individual packing for them.
