This was a like in kind replacement for my Suburban Heater in my travel trailer. Fit fine on the first try and fixed my issue. I have since found out there is a metal version which apparently operates more quietly. I probably would have ordered that one if I had know, even though it costs more. This will work for now.

I am a certified RV technician. I have installed two of these in customer rigs this winter, and both fan wheels have failed, and in the same way. The fan wheels both separated at the plastic weld while the fan was in operation (under centrifugal loads), After the first customer had their fan failed catastrophically, I checked the fan that was installed for the other customer, and found the same separation that was evident in the failed fan (see picture). I will be looking for a different supplier, even if it takes longer for shipping, or costs more.

Piece of junk, dont waste your money and time on the plastic wheel, buy the metal one. This is my second wheel that's plastic and is junk. Within 10 min it fell apart. Destroyed the motor, and Suburban Furnace and Amazon won't replace, warranty or refund. For the motor or the wheel. My trailer is only 2 months old.

Inferior quality. Lasted less than two weeks before breaking into pieces. It is made our of cheap plastic. I found a website for a metal version that is working perfectly and quietly.
