Unfortunately I lost the original cover while traveling. Manufacturer wanted a ton of freaking money to match the color scheme. This one fits and looks fine. It's now mounted with a few zip ties so I don't lose it.

Ordered this a perfect replacement part for our rig. The pressure valve had gone bad and dripped water we were unaware of to rot out the bottom of the door. Frame and door fit perfectly and was a quick and easy install.

Fits well. Took twice to get right one. When you measure, measure the trim piece to get about the right size.

Exact OEM replacement. Fit perfect and looks flawless. Don’t forget to put butyl tape on backside of frame before mounting. Glad I spent the little extra and got the Suburban brand. Comes with the 3 mounting screws and also a matching black metal water heater latch. No need to order separately. Doesn’t come with the butyl tape though. Hope this helps someone.

My tankless water heater left me with cold showers... I think the problem was the fuel modulator, but I am not sure...I bought this Surburban 6-Gallon to replace it.The Surburban tank did - NOT - come with a mounting flange, so I had to recover the mounting flange from the previous unit. It fit ok.I LOVE having the tank! No more slugs of cold water when I stop flowing the water!With my tankless, whenever water flow stops, the fire turns off... then when you flow again, the fire re-lights. this results in little pockets of cold water. With this new TANK, that NEVER happens. Within about 10 minutes of activating this Surburban tank, the water is hot enough for me to shower.I can set the hot/cold flow to get the temperature I want, then turn off the flow from the shower head. Ss soon as I turn the shower head back on, I INSTANTLY have the same temperature of water and NO COLD WATER SLUGS!My complaint about this Surburban tank is that the water gets TOO hot, and there is no way to control the water temperature. It comes with a little control box, but no temperature adjustments.A second complaint is that the previous tankless unit claimed that if the temperature dropped to 38Deg, it would automatically turn on until the temperature rose to 58DegF - this is to prevent freeze damage.I would like to see this ability in this Surburban tank, but I might have to implement it on my own.

Purchased to cover the new replacement water heater in our 5th wheel. Installation was pretty straight forward and quick. I would recommend some shims for the water heater, as you might need it to align the cover for sufficient application of sealant around the frame for sealant &waterproofing Our camper was older and it definitely needed some shims for a tight fitting installation.

I lost my water heater access door. Mine is a 12 gallon the measurements were 15-3/4" square. This product description said 18 something. That was with the frame! I ordered it planning on sending it back but just to see what was going on. Well low and behold it fit perfect!
