Bought this to keep the water off of my pool cover (though I'm sure you could use it for a number of reasons where you need to get rid of water). Works great. Very quiet. Comes with a very long, heavy duty power cord so plugging it in from different areas of my backyard is a snap. Bought this same one 3-years ago but the only reason I had to buy it again was that I dropped the original one from my pool deck and cracked the housing. The old one still worked but I figured for the price, and the proven results, getting a new one was worth it. I just put the older one in storage as a backup should I ever need another one. Definitely a good buy if you're looking for a small, easy to use sump pump.

Easy to use and reasonable price ... I used to pump water off my pool cover have had over a year now works perfect.. I converted old garden hose to attach to it and pump off water as needed

Honestly never had a pump before but this one works nice. The hose and the electrical cord are both very long. Quiet and small. Works best when completely submerged. Kinda have to use gravity to get it going. Not a lot of pressure. I cut the hose down to try and help with both pressure and gravity issues, worked better for me. Kinda confusing attaching the hoses but once you figure it out, you can’t really mess it up. Sucks up water quickly. Very cute little machine. The blue is pretty bright.

This worked well to remove the water from the pool cover before we removed it. It moved the water at a good speed. Very worth the money!

I purchased this pump as I needed to lower the water level in my pool. The water level was at the top due to the Atmospheric River Rain that California received in February. It would have cost me more to rent a pump versus what I paid for this one. Plus, I now have a pump to use if I need one! I was very impressed with how well this little pump worked. It was easy to hook up to my water hose, and started pumping water out of the pool as soon as I plugged it in. It brought the water level down faster than expected, and saved my backyard from getting flooded. I highly recommend this pump if you need to remove water from somewhere. Great pump, and good price!!

This was listed as a cover pump It did not show in the description that it does not shut off automatically, so after draining off the water on my pool cover it continued to run for 3 days. The previous cover pump I had automatically shut off so not to burn out the motor. If you're looking for a pump to drain it down all the way to a 1 inch this is the one for you.

I bought this pump a while ago and used it for draining some water from my basement. It worked pretty well at first (you know, like the first time I tried to use it) but then after about a week of use, I accidentally pumped way too much mud through it and it just stopped working. Reliability might not be there, though. Anyway, before that happened, it did save me from having to call a plumber, so I guess it was worth something. (I should probably get around to cleaning up the basement sometime.)It's pretty easy to use, too. You just plug it in and drop it in the water. It comes with some adapters so you can connect it to different sized hoses. The hose is pretty long too, which is nice. I didn't have any issues connecting it or anything. Overall, I think this pump is okay for what it is.

Me gusto ya que viene el kit completo, tanto como la manguera y boquillas, la verdad si funciona bien, y la relacion de velocidad con la que succiona me parese aceptable, es un producto util.

Gut für einen Balkonbrunnen geeignet. Leise und stark genug für eine gute Atmosphäre. Motorgeräuch ist kaum bemerkbar.Mehr aber nicht dabei.Leistung-preis ist akzeptabel.
