So, yeah, it is obvious from the picture the one star review person posted that they did not understand the part and how to use it. Trying to screw the cable end cap and ferrule onto the indicator chain end is not how this part works. It's a quality part at a good price that does the job well, if you know how to install it.

The universal kit worked great and was easy to put on the bike. Some instructions would've been helpful . I just watched some videos on You Tube that show different stages of how-to for Sturmey Archer equipped bikes.

manufacturer must make sure the correct parts are all included. Installation instructions, would have been very helpful, as well. Not a happy camper.

Cable et embout cable correct..mais visseu entre cable et roue n est pas installé sur le pesé..obligé coupé cable pour l installé..pas cool..autre fixation pas fiable..jonction qu une broche plié et pas soudé..si force moindrement un peu il ouvre et le cable ce décroche..tenka sa mieu acheté que l embout tout seul..il a laire déja plus soulide qui lui..merci
