I recently purchased this elliptical bike, and I couldn’t be more impressed with its performance and quality. First and foremost, it’s incredibly sturdy—you can feel the solid construction the moment you step on it. It doesn’t wobble or shift, even during intense workouts, which gives me complete confidence while using it.The comfort level is outstanding as well. The pedals are comfortable , sturdy and ergonomically designed, making it easy to maintain long sessions without discomfort. The handles are padded and positioned perfectly, ensuring a natural grip throughout.One of the standout features is how smooth the motion is. The stride feels fluid and consistent, closely mimicking a natural running or walking motion. There’s no jarring or stiffness, making it gentle on the joints, which is a huge plus for me.Lastly, the overall quality of the machine is excellent. I gave this 5 stars and I hope to get lots of use on this machine. I purchased this machine because we live in a very rural area, over 30 miles to the nearest gym. I am (trying) to recover from a couple of injuries and traveling to PT 3 times a week just isn't enough.Plan your space-this is a large machine so you will need a bit of floor space for placement. It weights a ton!! We had to unbox in the drive and carry in the pieces because my husband and I weren't able to manage the package (we are on the older side). It's not easy to move around, so make sure you assemble right where you want it.It took a couple of hours to assemble, the directions are detailed and concise and illustrations are provided. If you are not good at following directions, you will have problems with assembly.I purchased the model with cable tension (not the electromagnetic) because I wanted a quiet workout. It is absolutely the quietest thing ever...I was so surprised at how smooth this machine is. It is easy (and safe) to get on and off (a big plus for older folks) and the velcro straps are perfect for keeping feet in place while pedaling (if you need that feature). The seat adjusts easily, it's very comfortable to sit on for the duration of your workout. It is a very stable ride. The machine is rated for 300 Lbs and since we are no where near that mark, I can't say how secure a very heavy rider might feel on the machine but by the looks of it, I think it would work very well. The tension adjustment range is just fine for us. The computer is probably more than I need. It automatically shows all that I care about, so I didn't bother to read up on how to customize. So far, I am very happy with this machine, it is perfect if you have the floor space and an excellent choice for older adults who may have some mobility limitations. I am so glad that I didn't select a less expensive, fold-up model.

Excellent packaging. Lots of assembly required. All necessary tools are included, but use your own tools (metric) if you have them. The tools supplied are sometimes a bit awkward to use. Assembly was easy given the detailed instructions and well organized hardware, except for attaching the seat bar to the frame. The bolt holes did not line up well enough to get the bolts started. Customer support suggested prying into alignment using a screwdriver and/or flipping the seat bar, to no avail. Finally was able to gain sufficient alignment using two bar clamps and prying with the screwdriver. Customer service refused to acknowledge the need for the clamps so as to cover up the apparent manufacturing (or design) defect. Once together, the machine felt sturdy and operated smoothly. The display is hard to see without perfect lighting and viewing angle. User settings are not saved, so you have to re-enter your age and such each time you start an exercise session. The heart rate sensor works only with sufficiently damp hands and are located on the fixed handles rather than the exercise handles. I was hoping that my wife and I could use the machine to stay in shape, but the stride is too long for her. A shorter crank arm option would have been useful. The user interface, although functional, is a good 20 years behind the times.

This bike is 100% what I expected it to be. It’s very sturdy and it works smoothly. This bike functions exactly like the recumbent bike I used at physical therapy before and after recent back surgery. It was affordable yet still does the same job as the PT bike which I found was priced at over $5000. It’s comfortable to use and the controls and programmable display are great.Assembly is moderately involved and the bike is heavy. I had to have a friend do it for me due to my post surgery limitations. Actually ‘two friends’ initially, to unbox it and move it into the house. But with me reading the assembly instructions and being the parts and tools boy it only took about 40 minutes to put together.I highly recommend this bike!

This exercise bike is a good deal ...It arrived on time, was well package and the instructions for assembly were clear and easy to follow. The bike itself is well constructed and the programming is easy to follow. I do agree with other reviews in that there is a bit of difficulty in aligning the holes during assembly particularly when assembling the seat area, however with a little patience it does come together ...if you are looking for a cross trainer bike this is a good bike at a real good price
