My neuropathy doctor recommended I get one of these exercizers for the numbness in my feet. I've always wanted an elliptical bike but they were too expensive and take up to much room. This little walking excercizer did the trick! Not only did it fit my budget but it made my numb feet have feeling in them again. My doctor recommended 20 minutes a day but it made such a difference that I am up to an hour a day. It burns calories and gives you over 5000 steps in an hour. You can use it while watching TV or reading or other activities that you can do sitting down. It has changed my life! I feel like I'm doing something good for my body. It is well worth the money. It's very easy to use. You just plug it in and go. I recommend getting a non slip mat for it so it doesn't move orvslip while using it. If you want to do upper body excercize you can even hook some bands on it and get a real workout.

Bought for my mom to help with restless leg syndrome and she loves it. The machine is whisper quiet, very easy to use. It goes both forwards and backwards and comes with a handy remote control. My dad has started using it post knee replacement last year and it's very gentle on his joints. Even my nephew who is a high school athlete uses it every chance he gets. It's a great little machine and convenient. My parents keep it right in the living room and take turns using it while watching tv, reading books, or while on the laptop. I highly recommend this!

I have size-13 feet and the pedals on the unit are good for even larger feet. The pedals have a good angle and are comfortable. The ellipse unit is about 1/2-price over the ones advertised on TV. It is quiet and has the same speed ranges as the advertised unit. I replaced the first unit due to a faulty bearing. However, as a retired Senior Manufacturing Exec, I know things can go bad. It is how the seller handles units that have an issue. The unit was replaced VERY quickly and the new one works as good as the first before the bearning. . (NOTE: The unit on TV comes with a flor pad to stop slippage. On a tile or wood floor, this unit can move at a fast speed setting. We bought a $2 roll of shelf paper and cut a small piece for under the unit. For the tiny $2 cost, it saved me over $150.00 versus the one on TV!) The unit works exactly as claimed. I RECOMMEND THE UNIT

I love the HJDFGSS Desk Elliptical. I'm an older lady who survived a car accident some years ago. I rolled my car 2 1/2 times ending upside down. I hurt my body terribly. I have lower back, hip and knee problems. If I walk too much my body reminds me of my age and my accident. I want to become more active but finding an activity that's easy on my joints and troubled areas has been difficult. I tend to start an activity and give up cause my back hip or knees start to hurt. THIS DESK ELLIPTICAL IS PERFECT!!!! I've used it 30 minutes to an hour everyday since I got it. I use it while I watch TV or read. I prefer the manual / unplugged setting. Although the electric setting is super easy. The manual is also easy but I know I've had a workout when I'm done because of the natural resistance I get. It leaves me feeling good. It's so easy on my hips and knees. It causes no pain and no discomfort and I think my daily movement is getting smoother. I have more energy. I truly love this elliptical. If you're older or have weight issues or joint issues which make exercise difficult than this is a GREAT low impact workout option that you will continue to do because it's convenient, easy and pain free.

I'm an elderly lady with two knee replacements. It's so quiet and smooth. Very easy to use. It helped a lot in my recovery. It stayed stationary while pedaling. I would recommend this for anyone looking for an exerciser at a reasonable price.
