I’m been working out for few years. Always do my cardio in the morning. This is perfect to have in the house. Very smooth very useful. My wife is using it sometime too!

I already have a treadmill and a stationary bike.However, my treadmill is in the basement, and I don't like to go down to the basement.The stationary bike is not my favorite and is not comfortable.Thus, I got this elliptical exercise machine. It is within my budget and takes only a little space. Now, I can exercise in my sunlit TV room and watch TV while I exercise.I can see a lot of use in the cold winter days.

I love that it doesn’t need to get plugged in so I can use it anywhere!! It’s also small/compact enough to fit in a corner of my garage.

I recently purchased this elliptical machine for my home and I have to say it has been the best machine I could have bought to improve my cardio. The adjustable resistance settings is such a great feature because you can gauge how much you want to push yourself and how many calories you want to burn depending on the intensity. This elliptical was relatively easy and straightforward to build and it fits comfortably in any corner of the house. The heart rate monitor makes sure I am staying within a target range and not over exerting myself. This machine is great on your joints as well which was the greatest selling point because running on treadmills and outside on pavement can be very damaging to your joints long term but not with this machine. This elliptical has exceeded my expectations making it well worth the investment. I highly recommend giving this one a try.

This machine was really easy to put together, it's sturdy and doesn't take up too much space. The machine works perfectly!I had used it for a couple week, really like it. The resistance level is very good for the leg exercise. It is very quiet when you use it while it is sturdy too, and the design is very beautiful and stylish. And it is very convenient to move it around in the home. The price is ver reasonable, I do recommend it.

This machine is very good for cardio workout at home. It has 8 different level of resistance. It also has water bottle holder which make thing a little more convenient. The screen display is large and very easy to use. The assembling process is also not that hard. It include all the tools and hardware that I need to complete the assembling process. It took me less than an hours to complete it.

Der Crosstrainer macht richtig Spaß und wird bei uns viel genutzt. Das Aufbauen ging ganz schnell und war zu zweit auch nicht schwer. Das Training ist auf jeden sehr individuell einstellbar und man kann es jederzeit auf dem Display überprüfen. Auch, dass man die Herzfrequenz mitmessen kann, ist ein großes Plus. Wir sind insgesamt begeistert, weil so viele Muskelgruppen beansprucht werden. Ein tolles, stabiles Gerät, dass ich uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen kann.

Mir gefällt der Crosstrainer sehr gut und ich habe nun schon einige Male auf ihm trainiert. Es macht einfach Spaß, dass man Arme und Beine gleichzeitig trainieren kann und durch die Einstellung des Widerstands mal mehr auf Kraft und mal mehr auf Ausdauer trainiert.Der Trainingscomputer hilft dabei, alles jederzeit im Blick zu haben. Sogar die Herzfrequenz lässt sich zwischendurch messen. Alles in allem ein Top Gerät und durch die Rollen vorne dran, lässt es sich sogar schnell und leicht im Raum an einen anderen Ort schieben. Ach ja, das Zusammenbauen hat auch gut geklappt.

Ein prima Trainer für den Heimgebrauch,egal ob wind oder Regen ,mit diesem Ergometer gibt es keine Ausreden mehr.Mit eingebauten Rollen im im borderbereich lässtsich der Ergometer an jeder beliebigen Stelle hinstellen Der Aufbau ist auch relativ einfach,Werkzeug liegt in der packung dabei.Die Einzelnen Programme sind auch sehr ausgewogen, so saß selbst Anfänger schnell Anschluss finden und so der Spaß am Sport und Bewegung nicht untergeht.Äußerst leise im Betrieb damit wären auch Trainingseinheiten zur späten Stunde auch möglich.
