It is heavy but I have no problem moving it into position. It does not move while working. Only problem I have encountered one of my feet moves sidewise . If the pedal was built a little higher that might solve this. I am using this in conjunction with grounding. This has been and amazing pairing.

Great floor protection for those small foot pedal-only exercisers. The material is nicely non-slip for hardwood floors and thick enough for carpets to not get crushed by the equipment. Not much else to say since it's just a mat to place underneath your exerciser, but it does what it's supposed to do. Very satisfied.

The current size of this under-desk elliptical mat is too small for standard use. It needs to be longer in order to be functional for its intended purpose.
