Really good for seniors blood circulation. I used the fastest workout speed but I'm not so sure it's doing me any good.

Overall I do like this product and I feel that it has a solid concept and maybe revision two could be a home run.On use this has a bit of a complicated UI with very little feedback. As this will be under your desk it is difficult to see the seven segment display and know what mode you are in. The remote does help with this but often I had to drag it out from the desk if I passed a menu I was looking for as finding it again was impossible.When using the machine it is a mixed experience. I found that where I want to keep my legs under the desk will not work as my knees will hit my desk while using this so I had to adopt a position much farther from my desk than I would like but I can live with this for a few sessions a day. Unfortunately the issues did not stop there. When using this my feet will slowly drift over the pads until they start colliding with the wall and I have to stop and move my feet back down the pads over and over. To really make this usable it needs a stop at the end to keep this from happening or a less slick surface for better grip.All in it is not bad but I feel it could be much better. As someone that spends nearly all day every day at my desk this has the potential to help with my sedentary nature but for now I would look for revision two.

Works great. Fits easily under desk. No assembly needed just attach the plug and plug it into the wall and add batteries to remote. I didn’t even use remote yet just been operating it from the device itself. It is not light but not super heavy. There is a little heft to it.

I got this for an elderly friend of mine. My friend is 81 years old and she is pretty overweight and she is also a diabetic. I've been trying to help her move more to get her blood moving and help her swelling. This was super easy to use and she was excited to get it. She has it under her desk and was using it while sitting at her desk. She is able to use it even though she has a pacemaker, which was one of her concerns.
