It is well made but a little heavier than I expected. It is quiet and actually, fun to use. The only problem with this is that it moves a bit while using. I have it on carpeting so it should remain stationary but it doesn't. Otherwise it is easy to use.

I didn't think that I would like it as much as I do. I love this machine it makes my legs feel great. Pretty quiet, seems like it's built with quality in mind. I'm satisfied with my purchase and I would buy it again

Mi Madre sufre de artrosis en las rodillas y de mala circulación en las piernas y le cuesta mucho levantarse de una silla y andar y eso que hace infiltraciones de acido hialurónico. Espero que este aparato le pueda ayudar a mejorar la circulación de las piernas y con suerte evitar que sus rodillas se llenen de liquido sinovial demasiado rapidamente. El aparato es de buena calidad y ella ha podido estar pedaleando sentada durante 30 minutos en un sentido y otros 30 minutos en el otro sin dolor, veremos en el tiempo.

It works for me. After one use I fell over and bust the remote control. I sent a message to their service centre and J... replied that they managed to source, free of charge, a replacement remote but I would have to wait as it shipped from China. What great service! Full marks and a grateful customer! Worth every star for both the machine and, particularly the service.Update: I have received the new remote with no charge for either the remote or postage. Service as it should be and more. I am very pleased with the machine which I use daily but even more pleased with the after sales service which even includes plans for stupid people like me!
