I like this machine, I prefer to use it manually tho, it seems to feel more like a workout for my legs. either way, it's nice to have for exercise. worth the cost, which was reasonable.

Have only had it a short while but LOVE it. Within a day or two I could feel it in my legs. Absolutely love that it has a remote. I keep it right by my mouse at my computer and I turn it on at least once an hour. Super simple to use. It does come with a grease for tracks but can't see any tracks so not sure where to apply that to but other then that I see no downside to this machine.

Easy to use, very quiet. Easy to follow instructions. When timer goes off I cannot believe that I've been exercising for that long. I have had the opportunity to recommend this item to friends.

Remote requires two AAA batteries that are not included. Has automatic and manual modes. The auto mode has 12 preprogrammed routines that determine the speed. The speed and direction change at certain intervals during the cycle. In auto mode you can select 12 different speeds and the direction at any time during the cycle. Cycles are 15 minutes long in both modes and time is non-adjustable although you can stop the cycle at any time or restart it for a longer run.It cannot be used under my desk since it has drawers under the desktop and is really in the way since the desk has a storage cabinet in the back of the top.Any time I use the remote it turns my TV off and changes the display setting on the security cameras.

Bought for my wife who can’t walk long distances so this gives her a good leg work out
