Well, received the solar pump separately from the fountain and the two don’t work together or even separately because of missing parts. The hose on the fountain is too large to fit onto the pump And the spout that comes with the pump is missing a piece to connect it to work; so essentially I have a decorative piece and a pump that doesn’t work. Hoping someone will respond and fix this.

Loved this and it was working perfectly. Left for 2 wk. Vacation, but panel in shade so it wouldn't run. Now that I'm home, I can't get it to restart ??? It's been in total sun for 2 days and nothing ? Pump is clean wires connected ? Am I doing something wrong.UPDATE:Contacted seller, who responded very quickly. They are sending replacement parts 😁. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE ALONE, is EXCEPTIONAL.
