This plate holder is perfect. It's slim enough to hold your plate, but allows the bottom /top wording to be seen. If you have any kind of specialty plates, this is a must!! It has small holder brackets on the back to hold the plate in place so it doesn't rattle. It was super easy to install and the caps were a perfect finishing touch to cover the screw heads. Really looks great on my SUV.

These plates are exactly as pictured and described. Nice, low-profile look with a gorgeous matte finish. I love that they're aluminum; they feel lightweight but plenty sturdy. One of the two included screw sizes fit my car perfectly, too, making installation a breeze.When the frames arrived, I realized that the mini screwdriver and clear washers were missing. I reached out to the seller, and they got back to me almost immediately apologizing for the missing parts and letting me know they'd mail them to me first thing in the morning. (They'd already closed for the night by the time I'd sent my message, otherwise they would have sent them out the same day.)The next morning, they sent me the tracking number for the shipment, and the package arrived just a few days after that with the washers and screwdriver as promised. I couldn't have asked for a better customer-service experience. Absolutely outstanding, especially at this price point.

The aluminum frame is plain matte black, fits well, with a couple small tabs at the bottom to hold the plate. But only the wood screw on the left in the image is stainless steel. The machine screw is not. You can see the wood screw is slightly gray, and is not attracted to a magnet. The magnetic bright silver machine screw will rust. All the hardware should be stainless, IMO. One star off for future corrosion.

Decent for the price. But mounting flanges obscure DMV year/month decals. Bottom corners of the frame don't have rubber/plastic buffers so paint of the car can be damaged by the frame.

The hardware supplied with the kit is not compatible with no most vehicles that are built in North America. I found them to be too small, but I used my own.
