Uh yeah works looks and feels just like the one the cooks lost and can’t seem to live with out. Pretty standard setup for this particular piece of kitchen apparatus. Will buy again when they lose the new one

I wish I knew about these sooner! I have a food truck and it’s difficult to find time to clean the oil because it’s often still hot when I have the time. This allows me to clean the fryer even when the oil is not completely cooled.
