Head and Neck
- Head Size: from above, measure the width - side to side with a ruler, don't include ears or fur
- Neck Size: use tape measure or string to measure around the neck just below the ears
Small
Designed for Large Size Breeds:
- Head Size: 4 to 5 inches across
- Neck Size: 13 to 16 inches
- Weight: Approximately 22 to 45 lbs.

Introduce your Pup to their PupLid
Use treats and fun rewards to help your dog get used to their PupLid. Let your dog sniff their PupLid until they accept it. Gently place the hat on your dog’s head, pull the ears through and fasten the chinstrap. Keep the first few sessions short to help your dog get used to wearing it. When hat-wearing is paired with a favorite walk or trip to the park, many dogs start getting excited to see their hat because they know they are about to go on an adventure!
Step 1: Place Hat on Head
Open the velcro chinstrap and place the PupLid on your dog's head. The Brim should sit above the line of the brow. Gently pull their ears through the two straps on each side.
Step 2: Fasten Chinstrap
Fasten the chinstrap under your dog's chin making sure to leave about two fingers of space between the chinstrap and your dog's neck. Snug but not tight.
Step 3: Secure Hat
Slide the side toggles up to further secure the hat to your dog's head. Make sure you are not compressing your dog's ears. Say "Good dog!" and you're off.

I would just like to say this is the best thing I’ve ever bought! It’s such high quality, fits perfect, looks amazing, and just brings a smile to my face! I got my 11 month old Bernese a size large and it truly feels like it was made just for him. It doesn’t slip or slide even when he shakes his head. Does a great job of giving his eyes protection from the sun. It sits comfortably under his chin with out being too tight! And feel honestly so much more expensive than it really is. I never write reviews but I felt like this was just too amazing not to. If I could afford it I would get them in every color. I can’t wait to put this on my little fur baby for his birthday in a few days. Whoever made this, thank you!!!

This hat is so stinkin cute!! I got a small & it fits my 1year old pug perfect! He loves it ! it’s light weight and the Velcro strap keeps it in place (when he shakes his head it doesn’t fall off !)Highly recommend..well worth the money

My pitbull is white and the fur on her head is super thin so she sunburns easy. Had hoped this would help but doesn't stay on well and hard for her to see. Has made for some cute photos though

Got this as a gift for my mom’s dog. Rory is about 65lbs, and does not like wearing clothes, collars, or anything. This hat however, is something he will keep on. He looks comfortable, the size fit his giant head pretty well. The quality is decent and all for a reasonable price. Recommend if your furry friend is shopping for a new hat

These are really cute but way overpriced. I bought 2 size XXS for my 2 chihuahuas both around 5 - 6 lbs each. One hat fit ok, the other was way too big for my other chihuahua. I kept one and returned one. Hat doesn't always stay on. It does sometimes fall off and hat ends up under her chin. Even with her huge ears popped through the holes it still comes off at times, even with it strapped under chin as tight as it can be while remaining comfortable and safe for her.Just FYI, they don't say it in the description but they do charge you a $5 fee to return even though it says free returns. Kinda crappy to charge that much for a dog hat and then charge you again to return it. I could not exchange as they are out of the tiny size.Makes for a cute photo if you got the adult hat to match your dog, otherwise my dog never really wears it. I also don't think it actually keeps the sun off her face either, but that's not why I bought it.

Love this hat! It's so cute. I had to get it for Jack, our great pyrenees, when he went on the road with my husband. The XL fits great and was easy to figure out. It stays on well, occasionally pops up but doesn't fall off.Jack doesn't mind wearing it and loves the attention he gets when he wears it. I wouldn't say it's his favorite, but he's not someone who likes extra baggage and he tolerates this well. He's happy that everyone can see that he's a real trucker.Took a little long to come, I think over a week, but was well packaged in a branded box with clear instructions. It was worth the wait for this well designed hat. Now I just need to get the matching one for my husband.

I ordered a size small based on the size chart but it was too small. I requested a refund and ordered a size medium. I put the box in the mail the next day and later that day, I received an email that my refund had been processed! I received the new hat a couple of days later. Five stars for customer service and the cap which is so cute! It's well made, fits nicely and the straps fit snuggly so the cap doesn't slide around or fall off. I'm extremely happy with my purchase and recommend purchasing from this vendor.
