I bought a couple of new JanAir electrical heating burner made by Whirlpool but they all come with plastic receptacles and it melted down after only a couple of months used particularly at the 8 inches heating coil positions. Therefore I tried to buy a ceramic receptacle to replace the plastic one, however all the ceramic receptacle I bought from store or Amazon marketplace turn out the design in the ceramic receptacle part is different from the plastic or the original ceramic one. So I can’t push in the heating coil all the way to fit my cooktop until I found this one that has the similar design to allow the heating coil to fit right.
