My neck always starts hurting when I drive for long..that gap between the seatback and the headrest. This fills in that gap and gives support for my aching neck. You sort of have to play with it as far as hitting the right spot, so be sure to pull over and don’t do it while driving. We have one in each car and are happy with them.

I ordered this car neck pillow with fingers crossed. Like a lot of people nowadays, I find myself with more head forward posture than I would like. While I'm constantly correcting myself, in the middle of driving its not the first thing on my mind...though it does pop in every now and again. I thought that this neck pillow would possibly help me correct myself while driving without having to think about it. Worst case scenario, I thought "hey, at least I'll have a better head rest while waiting in the school pickup line". Well this works better than I could have expected. It doesn't push me forward and make sitting awkward and it's not hard or even medium foam, it's like a soft cushiony cloud! It's so soft that you know it's there, but you also forget that it's there if that makes sense. It's just like all of the sudden you're extremely comfortable and don't know why. It doesn't block any movement while driving and it def doesn't block any views. It sits in a great position all the way around. I haven't tried it in the school pickup line yet, but I'm betting I'm going to be even more thrilled then!

It is made of memory foam as advertised, but it's a little too firm and too big. The price I bought it is $25, I tried it and it feels OK. Since the passenger side could also use one, I bought another similiar product for the same price, but it is $25 with two headrest, and these two cheaper ones also works very well. I wish I bought the 2nd one first and considering if I should return this one.

Works well for neck support. Plus when my husband drives my truck he can easily spin the cushion to the back of the headrest it's out of his way.

It does not fit correctly behind head I. Car or chair. I want to return it. Purchased in December but just opened because it was a gift, I ordered it way ahead of time thinking it would work but it does not!

I'm 6'1" and due to my height the support only covers my shoulder blades. I can't fault the company for that. The product is well made.

If you are tall it’s not for you since it’s hitting the neck and shoulders pretty tight causing pain
