This is really too small to go on the top of a house, but I mounted it on the top of a gate post and it looks great. We typically get what are called Devil Winds this time of year, but so far it has been able to withstand that wind.

It's a scraggly old crow...but we have a lot of them passing thru Hot Springs --a good omen.Vane was super easy to assemble, perfect size, look I wanted, spins with a touch of wind. I'd have to believe their other designs are made just as well.

Well packaged, nice design, simple installation in our case. I did add some silicone lubricant to the bearing surfaces. Haven't heard back from our resident crows.

Note, no pole comes with this. I mounted ours on a 1x2 pole. The crow is pretty and follows even a slight breeze.
