Item was fine but missing the bolts to screw into the tree, so its basically useless without the attachments. I will change my review if they can send me the missing parts.

Only reason I didn't give 5 Stars is there were no installation instructions inside the box. Had to find it again on the Internet and watch a video. How simple would it have been to have a sheet of printed installation instructions inside the box?

This keeps our little dog safe and free of tangles. She likes to run in circles, so she would get all tangled on the old one. This one has swivels on both ends, which prevents her from getting tangled. Also the trolley part was easy to attach to the line, it just clipped right on.

Like I said above. Looked nice, easy to install but didn't last.
