This was a perfect replacement light to my KitchenAid French Door Bottom Freezer. The light replacement enabled the refrigerator top panel 5 lights to operate again as well as the freezer light. The light came bubbled wrapped and sealed in a plastic bag. This light is not junk like many being sold on Amazon and the internet. Worth the extra $$.

You have to make sure you match the numbers. Playing close attention to the connectors will be key. Otherwise, an easy swap out.

Had to use this to replace one of the lights in our Whirlpool Refrigerator. OEM parts were 3-5x more when I looked around the internet.If you have a Whirlpool refrigerator with French doors on the top and freezer on the booth. And find the free or light as well as all the lights on the ceiling in the upper part are not working. 9 times out of 10 it will be the light in the freezer. The light is hard to get to. You may have to remove the door and one of the drawers out. Once that is done use a putty knife and slowly work it all along the light. Carefully pry it away. The foam they use for insulation acts as a glue and holds it in place. Once you get it loose slowly remove the foam from around the connector. Once that is done pull the connector and plug the new light in. When installing make sure you don’t pinch the wires. The light should snap in.

My freezer light went out in my Whirlpool refrigerator causing half the lights in the refrigerator to go out. They are in series, one goes out, all in that series goes out. This fixed the problem. I gave it a 4 star rating because it is a little pricey.

Works as advertised on our Whirlpool WRW757SDFZ02 refrigerator freezer light. Once the new light was installed, all of the top refrigerators lights worked again….much like a Xmas tree light strand.

It took longer to figure out how to remove the top freezer basket than anything. It only took about 2 minutes to remove and swap out the light once the top basket was out. This replacement fixed my refregerator top lights as well as the freezer light (worked on a Whirlpool WRF767SDHZ). Excellent!!!
