I used this along with a free standing pop up screened in tent that also wraps adoring the car so the tailgate had double the protection from any rain. This tailgate tent however wins out of both! The other had no enclosure doors just the screens so all my kitchen stuff got wet. I slept in my car and my tailgate area was completely dry even with an ac unit in my car blowing the exhaust tube out through the bottom of the elastic part of the tent that a wraps around the bumper.I will be using this one again because it was also sooo quick and easy to set upThe other one, not so muchAnd this one folds down so small, again the other one. Not so much z

Easy to install. Good fit. This would work well for car camping. I returned this product but it was good quality. Just changed my mind on using my Kia Soul to camp.

I love this! It's great to have on hand, and so lightweight and easy to put up/take down. It folds down small enough to just leave in the car; I lay mine flat in the spare tire compartment just to keep it out of the way, and it fits fine there. My 10-year old niece loves drive-in movies so I mostly keep in on hand for when we go. The awning feature comes in handy in light rain, so the adults can sit in chairs outside and she can stretch out in the back with her friends. Overall a really great purchase!

This is a nice simple hatch-back “tent†it works on my 2012 Honda Fit, albeit it’s a little loose around the door but better a little big then a little small.It’s very straightforward and easy to set up, it comes with a pair of guy-wire tie downs made with reflective braiding in the Paracord, and two demure metal stakes with glow in the dark plastic tops.It also comes with a storage bag and instructions with photographs.It’s magnets are quite strong and firmly stick to the car.It’s got an elastic cord that traverses the whole top side and to the tire hooks, it’s manually adjustable, but need to be hand tied off, as there are no toggles. Which is kind of annoying especially considering the price.It’s door flap and mosquito screen both have two double zippers, and can roll up and be buttoned up like a regular tent. It’s a very wide roll and can be a little awkward to get up there.All of its hooks are plastic, and seem like they won’t hold up very long, i’ll likely replace them with metal hooks.I also think it’s elastic cord will likely degrade in a few years and need to be replaced (which I’ll do with paracord)It’s door can be tied out and down or up (if you have something to tie up to) and make a little shade.Would be nice if it came with some poles for that.It’s all reflective silver on the inside, and I think in a pinch you could use it inside out if its to hot for black.

This is very well made. It is so easy to attach to and remove from the vehicle it will get a lot of use rather than something that only comes out for certain occasions. The material is very lightweight and the mesh is small enough to keep most insects out. It folds very flat and could easily be stowed under a seat or tucked between a seat and the vehicle wall. It fits in my van's backseat pocket. I found no flaws in the stitching which is tight and uniform. The zippers are vinyl but seem durable. I don't think it could be easier to use or take down and still be as useful. I checked for fit on a Grand Cherokee and a Grand Caravan and it adjusted to fit both with no issues. I highly recommend this.

The TIYURENER SUV Tent is easy and quick to setup. I especially like the mesh screen to keep insects out. Has strong nylon coil zippers. Simple and not bulky, stores easily in the trunk.

My family and I use this for our outings at parks and the beach. It attaches easily to the SUV and provides privacy when we need it and shade from the sun in our state where the weather is often hot.It is made of a durable material and the mesh screen allows for the breeze to blow through and also allows us to still see what is going on outside. It also keeps our food and drinks covered up as well. Plus, I like that it is easy to store when we are not using it.We were recently enjoying a nice gathering outdoors when flying bugs tried to disrupt our eating, we simply went inside the tent and enjoyed our feed with not further interruptions.

Quick and easy to set up. Looks good. Will be testing it out in a month. Only issue is that doesnt come down low enough around the bumper and leaves 2 gaps at bottom for animals or bugs to get in. Came with strings and metal pegs to hold awning out when not in paved parking lot.*Dodge Caravan*
