The instructions were terrible. If you haven't done flower pressing take some time to get familiar with what you have. The wood is heavy and the screws are nice and long. You can get everything nice and tight. It looks nice on display while everything is drying out.It says you can speed the process by microwaving it. This is not microwaving the book! You, in theory, can microwave the flowers to remove some of the moisture. Set it to low power and brief time bursts. Keep checking the flowers. Don't totally dry them, they need to be a bit of moisture in them to be able to be pressed, so they don't disintegrate.But honestly, the best way is weight and time. When done they make great accessories to put on greeting cards or scrapbooks. Have fun preserving nature's beauty!

I purchased this for my daughter for Christmas and she absolutely loves it. Those are the pictures she sent that she is preparing to press. She said it takes 2-3 weeks so I’ll update once the press process is complete. I’m excited to see how they turn out.

It took me having to look up online to find out what some of the 'extra' pieces were. I'm looking forward to seeing the results, but it would have been much more helpful for the manufacturer to label the packages, and to provide much better instructions.
