I was very happy with the delivery time, but not near as happy with the stapler itself. I had one of the older models of the Optima 45 and LOVED it. Unfortunately the automatic staple sensor stopped working. This new stapler requires specific staples that are entirely too long for my everyday use and it makes a loud bang when you staple. My co-workers don't appreciate the noise. Wish they wouldn't have changed to stapler. It's not near as nice as the old ones.

Button to push to open to load staples doesnt work. Will not open. Piece of crap.

Looks wonderful. Like the hidden stapler remover, but after having in office for 5 months, it has jammed and unable to remove the jammed staple. A staple is caught in the holder tray and the space to push staple down. Don't buy this for office use. Home use only

This picture is an older, better model. They have "updated" the Optima 45 and it's not as good. It's louder, it does NOT have the automatic/manual option as shown in this picture. Newer model is more plastic, and just feels of lesser quality.
