The toilet was exactly as pictured. Do not be deterred by any of the negative reviews. My toilet arrived with no damage, No glazing problems or chipping, and everything worked perfectly, once installed properly. Most of the bad reviews look like bad installations or shipping damage. I look forward to using this toilet for years to come.

DO NOT BUY THIS TOILET!!!!1st one arrived shattered.Second arrived while I was out of town. Missed the return window orI wld have sent it back.Front of bowl is scratched.Seat clearly doesn’t match.Tank lid doesn’t fit.Silver seat caps are hideous!Not sure why but the back of tank is slightly rounded so rather than sitting flush against the wall it pushes the toilet forward just enough that it wldnt align with existing drain.VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!!

Because of a shelf over my guest room toilet, I needed a low height model to allow access to the top flush controls. This Swiss Madisen toilet fits perfectly and looks like sculpture. The low height of the water tank can cause problems with flushing pressure and, sadly, the instructions have no mention of adjustments that can be made to remedy the situation. Even their website is useless. You can get the information from Youtube and fine tune it to your needs. It is a beautiful and well made product with minimum product information support. It is a good value for the price.

Outstanding product ! Thoroughly and well packaged. Stylish looking, for a toilet. All three together and on time. Local plumbing company, Tacoma/Vortex, did an excellent job with installation, removal of old toilets and packaging materials of the new toilets.

Love the product! Easy to clean, was easy to install. Definitely 5 star product! Reason I gave 3 starts because of the company that sold it!Toilet lid got chipped doing shipping and when I was unpacking tank lid my finger got cut. When I contacted company and asked for replacement lid and send pictures of damage and my cut finger, they haven’t respond I had tow send second email week later. When i finally got response it was contact Amazon. There was no apology no nothing. Would be careful not to buy from them again!

Had this installed for 170 dollars only to find that there are stains all over this product. In addition this toilet is leaks and does not flush. Looks like it is a used item that they are advertising as new.
