We have two legacy Toto S300 washlets. Both have been moved a few times and have always been a major pain reassembling. First off, the metal nut is a pain to thread. Second, it tends to strip the float valve. Third, it's super temperamental with how much you tighten (a slight twist can cause or prevent leaking).Recently, one started leaking suddenly. Turns out the gasket in part Thu661 rotted away. After failing to find a similar one at the local Home Depot and becoming majorly frustrated my father recommended this item. I read the reviews, ordered next day delivery, and when it came it took about 5-10 minutes to get them installed and there were zero issues and no leaks. Bravo for recognizing the issue and building a better solution, Toto. Expensive plastic but well worth it.

I bought this TOTO THU6234 for my Japanese toilet attachment after the metal one that originally came with the toilet started spraying water everywhere—it was a mess! This replacement did the trick and completely fixed the problem. It was easy to install and fit perfectly.Now, everything works as it should, no more leaks or spraying water all over the place. If you’re having issues with the original part, I definitely recommend this one—it’s a lifesaver!

This was purchased to replace the original one in the picture that came with Toto’s washlet. The original one simply doesn’t fit with the standard toilet fill valve. It’s not only very hard to install (taking hours), but it also straightened the fill valve (causing the risk of water flooding). Toto should feel ashamed for not providing the right component and instead selling it for a high price separately.

This product blows away the metal connectors. You do not have to worry about stripping the treads of the plastic fill valve. It is expensive, but, I would buy it again!

It save time and money trying to find adapters and brackets abd pipes that fit and not leaking. This one works right out of the box.

This connector works perfectly well to replace the original T-connector of my Toto bidet. It's easy to connect and the most important thing is it doesn't leak. Were it not for the price of this plastic connector, I would have given it a five-star.

The old fitting washer was hard and leaked when I had to replace the flush valve. This design is so much easier to install! 5 minute job to replace, spend $25 and save yourself the headache of hours of trying to get the old fitting not to leak.

Toto toilets are weird. They are good but it gets complicated in terms of accessories and parts. If you are attaching a non-Toto brand bidet onto a Toto toilet, be sure to have one of these handy. Otherwise you might have leaks. I was not able to install my Genie Bidet without leaks until I got one of these.

After cabin was winterized/water drained. Turned water on at street and the only leak i got was at the toilet. Knurled upper nut attachment to tank i suppose has enough water trapped around it froze and when water was turned back on after months it cracked apart at the knurl..that’s because it’s plastic only. Better it broke there than frozen pipes behind wall surely..ðŸ¤
