16 ft is better length to keep harness away from pontoon's outboard.

This is exactly what I needed for my boat since it does not have a sports tower. The length of tjis rope is long enough so it stays away from the propeller. The floating tube at the end holds it above water, so you dont need bigger, more expensive floaters.I did add a small piece of plastic hose at the end as I was afraid the metal end could scratch my boat, and that work perfectly.

Used this harness to pull an inflatable towable with 400 lbs of people around the lake 5 hours without any issues. Totally floated on the water when stopped, which is a great way to keep it out of the boat propeller. It is also in a high visibility color which adds to the safety factor. Very easy to use, just snap it on to the boat and go in just seconds. Highly recommend.

I purchased this but have not used it. Purchased it to be able to pull a tube but sold the boat before using it. It looks strong and easy to attache to a boat.
