Installation & Clean Instructions
Step1. Surface Preparation
- Make sure surface is clean, dry, smooth and above 40°F
- Untreated wood must be painted before applying
- Remove chipped,cracked or peeled paint from surface
- Strip waxed floors prior to washing
Step2. Measure & Cut
- Cut the tape to the desired length and round the corners with scissors.
Step3. Peel & Stick
- Continue to remove liner.Press firmly in place as liner is removed.
Step4. Press Firmly
- Finally, press into firm contact with surface using a rubber hand roller by starting in middle and rolling out towards edges.

Very durable traction tape. I used this for my deck steps to protect people as they walk the steps. This tape is very strong. It is 60 grit, which in my opinion is rougher on the surface than the 80 grit. It was easily cut into sectioned strips and applied directly to the wood steps on my deck. The one nice feature is that it has the glow in the dark strip. This helps for those dark periods when you can’t see the steps. Overall very pleased and after 2 months, they are still holding up without any deterioration, loss of grit or peeling off the steps. They have been wet a few times and they are still as good as it was when I first applied them. Great product. Reasonable price with reasonable amount of tape. Well worth the investment.

Heavy duty tape with bright reflective qualities. Adhesive is good and is holding in a harsh outside environment - at least so far. Wide and heavy.

It's been on my deck, unpainted pressure treated steps. After 2 months of wet winter weather and 1 out of 5 came off. The adhesive is not 3M but on paited surfaces it adheres well, I used it on my RV steps also. On another note, if you are OCD I noticed that the reflective stripe is not centered, slightly. It's not that noticeable after installation but thought it noteworthy.

Installed this on the entire floor and ramp of my 18' trailer to keep me and my toys from slipping. While it took a while to install, and wore-out a couple pair of gloves, and had a few problems with the backing not coming off, I was able to get it applied and it looks and works great.I would recommend this to anyone looking for a non-slip product.

it hasn’t come up from my outdoor steps. Not only does it reflect but the sandpaper helps slipping. We have had rain and snow.

I ordered two rolls for some concrete stairs to prevent people slipping on them. This has been working as advertised since applied. It is still sticking well to the steps and the glow-in-dark strip lights up as well. I think it was good value for money.

On the edges of concrete steps they lasted a few months before coming away from the surface. On wood decking steps much better.

I got this for outside steps to the house as previous owner coveted all in terracotta!!!! When wet they are like walking on ice. Fortunately it rarely snows here so I can’t tell you what that would be like.I bought as my husband is registered blind and this on the edge of the steps not only let’s him knows he is at the edge ( or beginning ) of the step it has a different texture for his blind stick . It is also very strong tough and brilliant quality. The only way I can describe the texture is it’s like a very strong and rough sandpaper. Plus I feel safer walking on the steps if wet and not so fearful of the children/adults visiting
