It's a great tablet holder, as of right now anyway, because basically I don't trust "sticky installations" lol. It was extremely easy to install and as stated, no screws necessary. It is plastic, but more "rigid" plastic than a lot of electronic mounts. It seems as if the mount itself will hold up very nicely without a whole lot of mucking around with it or moving it unnecessarily. I've honestly paid more for mounts that I didn't end up using very long because of one drawback or another. To be honest, the only drawback I see here, is that the sticky may not be strong enough to hold the plastic mounting plate over time with a tablet in it. That remains to be seen. But as of right now; it's been on the wall with a 7th gen iPad w/case in it, after installing as instructed, for like 4 hours.I scrubbed the wall with diluted rubbing alcohol several times, until the paper towel came away clean (It's mounted in a smoke room) allowed it to dry and just stuck it up there. I waited like 5 minutes or so before installing the bracket and another 10 minutes after that to place the tablet in it. A suggestion: fit the wall cutout (with the sticky on it) into the mounting bracket by sliding the protruding side, into the corresponding recessed side on the bracket BEFORE peeling the sticky protection off. Make sure it is seated well, then peel/stick. Doing it this way ensures it's placed exactly where you want it, so it doesn't need to be moved and the integrity of the sticky decreased. You'll add the tablet holder once the bracket is seated/sticky "set" There's an extra wall plate with sticky if needed, but I would put that away until you decide to move it later.Overall: This mount is great so far and worth it to me!

First, when I ordered this, I wasn't paying a ton of attention and didn't realize that the holder was applied with an adhesive strip that locks in (it's an interesting design, and quote clever). I thought it had a screw application, so didn't hold out much hope that it would handle my Galaxy tablet (with its 13 inch screen, on the big side for this holder). I thought the mount would fall pretty quickly, probably when my tablet was mounted, but shockingly the adhesive and the mount have exceeded my expectations. I've had my tablet mounted in it for 3 hours straight while cooking and cleaning in the kitchen, and had no issues with it falling or the adhesive giving way at all. In a world with thousands of crap adhesives, this actually did the thing. You can tighten and fix the general position of the mount's orientation by tightening the plastic screw in the back. The mount holds the position quite well. The issue is tightening the mount - I have small fingers so can get at it, but it's quite hard to get back behind the tablet while it's mounted to finesse the orientation. I'd recommend this product with a smaller tablet, especially to someone who doesn't want to use screws. If it falls down or breaks, I'll update this review.

This has an interesting mount mechanism. The back of the mount has slots that lock onto the lipped square pattern. That square is a hard plastic that does not take well to being used as a mount for a screw. I drilled a hole for that screw, but it fractured when I tightened the screw anyway. The glue across the entirety of the face is extremely tacky and everything is holding fine. That's the one thing that I have the must frustration about. You get 2 of those mounting sticker plates and that is it. No other options or holes for a physical mount to a surface that is textured. If that is not an issue, putting the 2 stickers up in different areas lets you move the mount or have one spare if you have to move or wear out the first one.The range of motion for the tablet to be held is quite impressive. The 360 is parallel to the wall. Full rotation of the ball and a yaw angle of about 45 degrees to the wall. Not only that, but pulling out gives several more inches to clear a mirror or other workout hardware mount.Other than the limited mounting options, this is a great option for a home gym or video shot. Anywhere there is a smooth surface that a tacky adhesive can hold.

I got a new LCD monitor for a PC that I use occasioally for record keeping. This holder let me mount it in a good spot and does not take up desk space. It fit my 15.6 screen monitor and holds it firmly just where I want it. It rottes easily to adjust for a comfortable view. Overall a good purchase value.

Got this to mount a tablet to our command center wall. I like the fact that it is adhesive and you don't have to drill into the wall; we rent, so we like to avoid unnecessary holes.I found it easiest to attach the adhesive mount to the back of the mounting unit and press it on that way; this allowed me to place it exactly where I wanted it. I did have to remove the mounting unit after this so that I could press the adhesive bit all the way onto the wall (I didn't do this immediately after, and only realized that I needed to do so when the whole thing began slowly pulling away from the wall after about five minutes). I made sure to firmly press all over the adhesive bit to make sure that it is sticking as completely as possible. It's been up for about three hours now. It feels a little fragile, but it hasn't fallen since. I'll be keeping an eye on it to make sure that it lasts. If it does fall off, I might just get some stronger double-sided tape to attach it, but hopefully I won't need to do that. They do give you two of the adhesive strips, so you could apply one in one area (like a command center), and the other somewhere else (like the kitchen), enabling you to move the mount to where you need it. The maneuverability of the unit is nice. You can pull it away from the wall, slide it back and forth (if it's pulled out), and angle it pretty much however you want. And of course you can have it horizontal or vertical, just turn the tablet. As long as the adhesive holds, I'm happy with it.
