I live in a garden apartment. Unfortunately I have two dirty people below me that are hoarders. They are not clean at all. Very rarely see them take out trash. Well, before you know I had mice. I plugged up any cracks and holes I can find..no more mice. Works great ðŸ‘

This is a good product! It's thinner than usual so you can stuff in holes around pipes. That is where you can get nice coming into your home. I checked all mine under sinks especially. In back of stove and fridge. Where ever we saw that a mouse could get up into rooms.You do have to wear some kind of gloves when using it and scissors to cut the size you need from the roll it comes in.Needs a ruler or something you can push it in with where you need it. They can chew on wires! The hole doesn't need to be very big for them either. They can squeeze through small spaces. They can climb also.Even my cat couldn't always get ones we had!! Since using this product, we haven't seen any new droppings. The biggest indicator you have mice!! They usually come out at night!!Also good traps are necessary usually.

I had more mice than I could count. So, I got the steel wool & went to work stuffing closing spaces. I saw an immediate change in mice. There is enough steel wool to put in a linear space, under doors for example. If I need more, I will buy this again.

great product, but I wouldn't use this as a material to stuff the mouse hole, it's thin and extremely compact. instead, you can look for something thicker such as those stainless steel dish scrubber. it's thick and extremely flexible. But it's great for derusting though.

I bought this after a particular Houdini Mouse found its way into my house and outsmarted all possible mouse traps as well as the other kind of steel wool I had at home and had used to seal any openings around pipes and such. In some desperation, I looked for other solutions, and this steel wool was recommended for it's softness and ability to be pressed and pushed into any crevice. I redid the seals and added this steel wool in any possible teeny space, pushing the steel wool in with a screwdriver's edge, and Houdini Mouse has not been seen since. I've ordered extra for insurance ... and will be using this one from now on. Keeping fingers crossed that Houdini Mouse is never seen again.

Bought this steel wool to seal up some gaps and keep mice out, and it works like a charm!Super easy to cut and use, material is strong and doesn't break apart easily. It also holds up well - no rust or mess.Great product, totally recommend!

Since a short while, i was having an issue, a bat was getting into my garage. I found the place the i think it was getting in the garage. I filled the small space with it, i made sure it was not going to be wet from the rain. It now prevent anything from entering.

There were small rat holes on the insulation foam in the basement wall.Bought steel wool for mice control and cut it with scissors easily then insert into the hole.So far good, no sign of movement of the wool from the hole.
