Decided to get this last minute for a “just in case scenario†while going on the Georgia Traverse and boy am I glad I did. Day 2 into the trip started poring at night and I had set this up. It held up great and 6 of us hurdle under it to escape the rain and we still had room. Not a single drop on us. Only downside was I had it set up with the dual pole system and water kept piling up but nothing a simple push couldn’t solve. Next time I’m setting up with one pole only so the rain drains out. Overall, great product and it packs small and easy.

This shade is solid, but getting it installed is not necessarily a quick task. It's really not a big deal depending on your situation. I just did not find the process of getting it securely fastened. However, once I did get it installed and up it serves as a great shade. My son and I sometimes camp out of out truck with an air mattress and tent designed to fit in the bed of the truck. This is a great companion to that. I have not encountered any heavy wind yet, but it may not hold up to much of that simply because it is basically a sail.

Good size and seems well made. One thing I really appreciate, what most companies don't do, is they made the storage bag is an ample size. So I don't have to get the perfect fold to make it fit. Nothing more aggravating than getting a product and the storage bag is the smallest companies can get away with. Well done.

Bought this to use for hunting. Thank God I did because we ended up getting snowed on! Fulfilled it's purpose and I'm a happy camper. We were able to still have a fire and cook and keep our wood from getting wet.

Test set up found one of the wheel straps no attached; buckle was missing. Was able to tie knot - so should still work okay, just harder to adjust.Seller reached back out and helped with issue - great post sale support.

I was shocked at how quickly I was able to set this up! When heading out into the desert it's nice to have some shade - this along with the mesh netting for the tailgate makes for a perfect combo when camping in the SUV.To set it up I began by strapping it to the cross beam on the top of my SUV, then connected a strap on each side through my rims, extending the two poles I put one in the middle and one on the end, and finally attaching the rope to four of the additional anchor points and anchoring them with the included steaks. I think I had it completed in about 15 minutes from beginning to end.The tarp with straps, nylon rope, stakes, and two poles comes nicely packed in a super compact pouch that's easy to pack and bring on whatever adventure you decide to go on. The nylon material has a PU3000 rating making it waterproof, it's also tearproof and has a UPF50+ rating meaning it also blocks harmful UV rays.Overall, if you're an outdoorsman or woman or tailgater, then you should definitely consider picking up this awesome tailgate tent.
