These are standard screws for license plates and they work as intended. A nice assortment to have on hand.

License plate screws are usually into plastic, so they usually have a coarse thread so that they grip better into the plastic, and are less likely to strip out.. Since most are usually 1/4 20 in thread, with these being labeled as metric, I did not realize that they had a find thread to them.. That was, until after they came in.. This is not to say that they will not work.. They will work.. But just know that they are not the optimal type of thread to go into plastic, hold good, and not strip out..Since they are as advertised, I only took one star off due to not realizing that they had a fine thread to them.. honestly, unless these are going into metal that is threaded, I have no idea why you would even make these in a fine thread.. In that aspect, if you asked if I would recommend them, it would be no for license place screws for that reason.. But yes for a lot of other purposes..
