1. Please carefully read the manual and strictly follow the precautions to have a better experience.
2. This product only supports vertical installation, as horizontal installation may cause dry burning. Ensure to add water before connecting to the power supply during the first use.
3. This product is recommended to be connected with wires with a cross-sectional area of ≥ 2.5 square millimeters, and connected to trip switches of over 32a for use.
4. If the water flow decreases, please check if the filter element is blocked.
5. Please allow the slight color difference caused by the shooting light and 1-3cm error due to manual measurement, and make sure you do not mind before you order.

The water heater did not work at all. It did not heat. I will try to return it because it was a complete failure. I had to order another one from a different seller and different make, that worked perfectly.

The product is advertised as adjustable water temps, the temperature automatically adjust as it gets hot and does not go to max temp. It takes a little time to heater the water up. You cant have the water on full flow and you cant have the water on too low. If the water flow is on correctly (its a guess) the the water gradually get hot but will not get over 114 deg.

Easy to install, install under the wash basin, turn on the water valve to automatically turn on the heating, turn off the water to automatically turn off the power.

Used a thermometer water coming in and out 60 degrees so it was not giving true temperature on display also at first glance the price looks to have dropped across the site you need to read between the lines because they HEAVILY censor these reviews

This didn't like the plug under our sink that our disposal is plugged in to. I replace the plug but it still didn't like it. However, when I plugged it in to an extension cord it lit up and provided hot water. It wasn't real hot like water out of our water heater but hot enough to hand wash some dishes with. I got this idea from the pastor at our church and he said he could use another one so that is where this one will go.
