First, they are super nice quality! They came very nicely packaged and secured in their box. They look really good too. I got 4 white ones. I put a little dry food in two, and wet food on the others. The cat's had a comical reaction to them at first. They didn't quite know what was different so they would sorta step forward to them, take a bite at some food and then immediately step backwards again. At first this sorta made them drop a little food back out of their mouth!😄 You could see they weren't used to not having to bend their head as far anymore to reach the food, so they were also wanting to STAND straight up for a while to eat out of them rather than relax and SIT to eat like they normally would do with their typical flat saucer type dishes. They DID get used to them quickly though! Once they did, it was obvious that they weren't bending over at the neck anymore and you could see how this new position makes it easier to eat and SWALLOW their food. Work fine with wet or dry food. Just a little tip: I actually still put the wet food into their usual little flat dishes first, which then fit perfectly onto these new raised ones. That way I can just leave these new ones down. These are great either way. One thing however, is although they ARE made of a heavy (very high quality) porcelain pottery type material, they could potentially break if you dropped them from high enough up. They're WELL MADE though!I simply started leaving them on the floor where the cats normally eat. In other words, I use them more like little pedistals to HOLD the little dishes I already have, rather than put the food directly onto them. But that's just me! I don't like bending over either! 😊 But you don't have to do that whatsoever. I HIGHLY recommend these. They seem to work perfectly as advertised to help your cat eat and swallow their food better!

Good for my 12 pound yorkie. For food it is perfect size, for water too small. A few times I went to the water dish to see it is empty for she drank it all up.. I always bought larger Dishes for water.. I do not like large dishes for food though so I had to buy a separate dish for water. I have spares now in case I break a dish.. I assume cats drink less ,but water must be available at all times, .Food no, water yes, so I bought the raised ceramic cat bowl by LIONWEI LIONWELI >It is much larger and the closest match. .It doesn't have a slant. I do not like the slant on the water bowl for it splashes on the floor when my Yorkie drinks. I guess dogs slobber more than cats!! Very nice and well made bowls though...

Depth: They’re not as shallow as my other cat dishes but they are not too deep. My cats use these just fine to drink water and eat both wet & dry food. They’re also tall enough to not strain my cats’ necks.Build quality: These bowls are durable! I love that they can be washed thoroughly and have no crevices for water to enter/mold to form. They’ve also been accidentally knocked over a few times and there’s no chipping/breaking. The bowls are placed on a silicon food mat and they do not slip or slide around.Color: I love the white dishes, they do not stain and are easily cleaned. If food hardens, I just need to soak it with some warm water and it comes off easily.Overall, I would highly recommend!

I have an aging cat (18 yrs), a small kitty, and another very large cat (20lb Maine Coon size) and these bowls are perfect for all of them. I can see how relaxed my cats are when eating. The large cat used to wolf down his food and barf it back up within minutes. Now he eats at a normal pace as opposed to eating like he's at a Roman Bacchanalia. The ceramic is very smooth and easy to clean; lightweight enough that it's not too heavy to hold when washing (I don't feel like I would loose my grip and drop it in sudsy water due to the angled base); it's also weighted enough that it doesn't tip over when cats are eating. Food stays in bowl. Love this product.

These bowls are great for elevated eating for your pet and technically can be used upside down for a water dish. The deeper water side is quite narrow and my cats didn’t like it but like eating wet food from them. I knocked off one star because of the design, if you want to run them through the dishwasher you have angle them on their side so you dont just have a dish full of water. Certainly can hand wash but sometimes it’s nice to have the ease of a dishwasher.

They come well packaged. They are well made & sturdy. I accidently dropped one to the kitchen floor while washing it & it didn't break or chip !Good value, good design.
