The description that is given by the company is incorrect in terms of size. Measure the previous handle (if possible) and purchase the one that matches. I purchased a Large for a Daiwa Regal LT 1000. Not sure why they have used the medium and large sizes but it is frustrating. Very happy with this product. I know the fit will vary from reel to reel, but the fit for my reel was absolutely perfect!

Seems to be made well, at least at first sight, but it doesn't fit what they say it does. I tried it on a Diawa 3000 and it locks it down so it won't turn because its a little too long. When you tighten it down to stay on it locks the reel up, loosen it, and it works, but will fall off. So, it's useless for my needs. It says it works on Diawa 3000 but it doesn't. So its a crap shoot. Try it and maybe it works for your reel or maybe not.

Product is bar type not threaded. Wish it would have fit because it looks like a nice handle.

Garbage. Literally crumbled to pieces in my hand while reeling a fish. I don't even have anything left to return as it all fell into the lake. Waste waste waste of my time and money! Shame on you!

Neck injury three years ago.Unfortunately I have residual affects to my left hand with grasping small items.I have been an avid lure fisherman for over thirty years . Man I'll tell what I fit this into my new spinning reel and came home with a limit of redfish, it hasn't stopped since I catch fish like I used to before my injury.The reason for this is that all I have to do place the handle in my left hand palm (my fingers have a tendency just to curl inward)so this is a perfect fit never gets away from me while retrieving .Thanks to this product I'm back to fishing lure products.
