They work great. Getting them on was a bit snug but does work on standard full brim hard hats. The velcro straps stay in place and help keep it centered. I got them on by putting the front on first then wrapping the material around the backside. Hope this helps.

Not a clean fit on the hardhat but it doesn't fall off or get in the way.I would not recommend this for anyone working in a windy environment as it will turn your hat into a kite with a descent gust of wind.Works fine for keeping off the sun though and so light you don't notice any weight from it.It'll keep the rain off so long as it isn't too heavy but is too flimsy for heavy rain, plus, the water starts catching and dripping off the edges of your hardhat as it is only secured via two Velcro straps and a pocket which fits loosely over the front visor of the helmet.So not the best by far but does the job for the price.

Using a DeWalt helmet but needed some extra shade for the summertime. It's surprising easy to attach/remove as needed. Just be mindful not to bump things with the extended rim. Would recommend
