I just received this set of two glass teacups. I was expecting them to be slightly larger. I just made eight ounces of loose green tea in one of the cups and the full eight ounces of water plus the infuser fit in the cup, even though they're supposedly seven-ounce cups. I'm a fairly small senior citizen that only drinks one cup of black or green tea at a time. It seems that all my other cups/mugs are pretty large and fairly heavy. I was delighted to see not one, but two cups on Vine. I've had borosilicate glass items in the past and they always break. I will have to wash the cups right after using and not put them in the sink. Hopefully, they will last. I went to the company's website and the site itself is beautiful, plus they have a huge assortment of all kinds of teas and tisanes. I prefer loose tea, but their sachets are plant-based so environmentally friendly. Great purchase.

Very nice, delicate cup. Holds well in the hand if you are feeling "proper". In some ways it's better than your usual fancy cups because it is also sturdy enough (while feeling very delicate) to resist the slight bumps that would crack a fancier cup.The handle stays cool but the bowl does warm up a bit. I'm not crazy about that since it means it is radiating the coffee's heat and cooling it down a little faster than I like. Also happens to be the perfect size for a 6oz Keurig coffee. I've been told that 6oz is what the keurigs cups are actually meant to pour. Meaning the amount of coffee included in the cup is meant to be used for exactly 6 ounces of coffee. Too much water causes over extraction which can lead to a slight bitter taste. That's what they tell me anyway, and in my experience they might be right. I use 6oz and a slightly more robust setting on my Keurig and it tastes pretty good. That amount looks about right for the cup size (see picture) which is nice when you're handing a fresh cup to someone. Most cups, on a 6oz pour, look like you're skimping somehow.Nice purchase if this is what you're looking for.

Loving this tea cup set. It fits perfectly for my living room and I have used it for both tea, coffee, and matcha. The small size is perfect for a single steeped tea bag, but may be too small for those larger brews. Despite their minimal design, the tea cups are very robust and hold up in the dishwasher with no issue. I'd buy this set again in a heartbeat!

I like that these cups have handles, so many glass teacups are just cups & you burn your fingers on the sides. Even the double-walled glass cups do eventually get too warm! The balance on these is nice, the rims are good drinking with minimal drip, the cups sit well, and they feel good in your hand. Be aware, these are *small*. Very small! These are not “sit down with a cup of tea and drink it over an hour while you work” kind of cups. These are for quality tea, to be slowly sipped & admired & thought about. This is not “gulp down 20 oz of Red Rose / Builders Tea as you run out the door”.

These glasses come so well wrapped and protected. They are a bit smaller than anticipated, but perfect for small cups of herbal tea. I am going to use to with blooming tea, so that I can see the tea bulb evolve. These would make great gifts, but I recommend getting a set with a teapot. They do feel delicate, but very well made. I also appreciate the brand does one thing, teapot and teacups.

I never heard of borosilicate glass before, but now that I know about this type of glass, I love it. These little tea cups are no different. The glass is very nice and durable. I guess I really didn't think about what 7 oz looks like, but know I can say that 7 oz is very tiny. This size might be good for espresso or something like that, but not for tea or coffee. I've attached a picture of my larger glass mugs compared to these 7oz glasses. Overall, nice tea cups but very small. I recommend this product if you are in the need for something small. I think I need something between my large mug and these tiny teapot.
