I use this a lot. Lid is sturdy and easy to put on and take off. I haven't burned anything in the pan yet, but it has been easy to clean.

This size pan is exactly what I was looking for to make a cut up breast pounded to thin seasoned and put a box of lactose cream cheese and shredded Colby cheese and bake at 375 for 25 mins. I add baked cut up red or yellow potatoes with broccoli. YUM
