When I first opened the box, the pan looked a little small, but I think that's because there was so much cardboard surrounding it. So I measured it and it is in fact 9x13" and 2 1/4" deep. Personally, I would've liked it to be just a fraction deeper. The "slate" blue color leans a bit grey and it has a nice clean look. It's heavier than an aluminum cake pan but lighter than a stoneware (ceramic) pan. The handles are wide and have a bit of a groove underneath that improves your grip. The aluminized steel body distributes the heat evenly. The nonstick ceramic interior is nice and smooth, and has a tiny bit of sparkle to it. Easy to clean, handwash, no metal utensils, no cooking sprays. Make sure to read the little booklet that's inside the box (see photos) before using, so you know how to best use and care for the pans. They didn't include a sponge with the pan; would've been nice if they had. It's nice having two identical pans if you're a baker, for making layer cakes; or if you're making two versions of a recipe, i.e. one vegetarian and one for everyone else; or if you're just cooking for a lot of people. For lasagna, this might be a little shallow. (I think most people like to make lasagna higher than this pan.) It seems like every day there's something in the news about microplastics or forever chemicals or something else that's potentially toxic. So I'm glad to have pans that are free of all that stuff.

This Caraway ceramic baking pan duo exceeded my expectations! The non-stick coating is truly slick, making it effortless to clean—no scrubbing needed. It’s PTFE & PFOA free, so I feel good about using it for everything from brownies to lasagna. The quality is top-notch, and the design looks great in the kitchen. Definitely a great investment for anyone who loves to bake or cook!My Star Scale:5 Stars: Must-have—add to cart immediately!4 Stars: Get it—without regret!3 Stars: Add to list—think it over.2 Stars: Has potential—comes with issues.1 Star: Nope—hard pass!

These pans are excellent. Great for cornbread and mid-height lasagna. The material makes washing super easy.

These Caraway ceramic 9x13 rectangle pans are quite possibly the fanciest pans I own. The quality is superb and the fact that they are naturally non-stick is great–they live up to the promise, too! These are sturdy and seem like they will last a long time.

Caraway is a wonderful brand and I am completely sold on their nonstick coating. So many nonstick pans have the coating that easily scratches and wears out and has to be replaced thus adding to our landfills. The nonstick coating of these pans is amazingly durable and works so well. As we all look to be more cognizant about microplastics, using ceramic nonstick cookware is the way to go. I also love the colors these come in.

I was expecting a ceramic baking pan. This pan is a METAL (aluminum or steel) with ceramic coating. Nothing in the product description suggests that. I have other Caraway ceramic dishes that are gorgeous ceramic dishes. These are not that--so its a bit disappointing. That said, these are still lovely baking pans. The ceramic coating is tough and naturally "non-stick". Because they are metal, they can "warp" slightly when baking due to temperature changes. This is described as normal in the priinted information with the pan. Like other Caraway items--these are not cheap. And feels overpriced for what you get. But I am not disappointed with the look and performance.

I will start with saying that I absolutely LOVE Caraway cookware. I have several pieces and always pleased. These pans though... I am sad to say that I am not loving them. I feel like the ceramic coating on them is quite bumpy, even wondering if possibly manufacture flawed??? And, I do not understand why the name caraway is embossed upward in the center of the pan, making the bottom of the pan not smooth! So, when you bake something like cake or brownies, it gets int he crevices of the letters. I dont know, I am just not impressed with these, mostly because if the ceramic coating though, it just is not a smooth, quality coating.
