So, my wife loves this fountain for our very small 12'x5' garden. The product is decently made, reasonably sturdy and overall good looking. The product arrived expertly packed with no visible defects. We charged it up precisely according to the instruction booklet and 1 of the 3 lights did not work, regardless of what we did. I called amazon and they offered me to return it, but had no replacement for it. They gave me a token credit on my account which I accepted because my wife liked it that much and was willing to deal with the light in the upper bowl not working. I normally would not accept this type of defect, but everything else about the product was good. The light issue seems to be one that other reviewers have pointed out in the past. I was going to contact the manufacturer, but this model does not appear on their website, so I assumed it was a retired model and they would most likely not be able to help me, although I never did give them that opportunity. I see the product is back on Amazon from a different seller with a delayed ship date, but it really isnt worth the hassle to return and re-buy. Despite all of it, I dont like giving less than 5 stars unless a product really sucks and this one does not. It does look great in the garden, the sounds of the waterfall is soothing and you only notice the dead light at night.

I love this fountain I’ve had it for about two years and it still works like a charm. There is some peeling of the paint, but that’s an easy fix. It’s very soothing and pretty. I get southern and western sun, so it charges with no issues. There are no outlets on my deck, so this is a great alternative.

This fountain has been working awesomely for me for about nine months, including through cloudy winter days (in Henderson, NV). The solar power feature helps with electricity bills. It is responsive enough that it will run even on days that are partly cloudy or cloudy part of the day. The design minimizes water evaporation - and saves money on water. It also minimizes desert dust and dirt from getting into it; thank goodness! The little lights that illuminate early evening are a bonus ambient beautifier. So glad I get this fountain.

I have this a year now and it stopped working. So frustrated with it. The motor just stopped working. I have tried to take part to clean it. The lights still work however.Seller can I have a new motor?

This fountain is beautiful and easy to setup, but the solar panel is horrible. There is clearing a flaw in the design of the solar panel. We had 1 rainy day and the panel has not worked since. I enjoyed the sounds of this fountain for all of 5 days until it no longer charges. There also is no option for just the replacement of the solar panel. I would gladly accept a replacement panel, the panel is the problem.UPDATEI was able to contact the seller via their website and they sent me a replacement panel. They were quick and helpful. The new panel is working well. Great customer service ðŸ‘.

I bought two of these and they barely worked 6 months. Tried everything.Looking for a solar replacement.When they did work I would have given 5 stars. It was lovely.

We love it and it works great for us but we put 4 cement step stones under it to raise it up so it sits higher than the plants we placed around it. The solar panel doesn’t hold much of a charge so when it’s not sunny it isn’t running but that works for us. It was a great addition to our Florida Lanai.

Er funktioniert überhaupt nicht richtig,Support hilft nicht weiter.Egal ob das Solarpanel in der vollen Sonne steht,geht er alle 2min. Aus. Für den Preis möchte man etwas hochwertiges erwarten.Der Brunnen sieht sehr hochwertig aus aber ich glaube das Paneel ist defekt. Leider bekommt man keine Rückmeldung.Schade

Solarbetriebenes Wasserspiel mit Lichtern ist sehr schön, funktioniert einwandfrei und im Dunkel leuchten die eingebauten Lichter. Verleiht dem Garten eine schöne romantische Atmosphäre.

fontaine tres belle ,fonctionnel facile de montage, la toute petite pompe fait peur mai elle fonctionne bien bon debit. mi le panneau solaire 3 jour au soleil sans le brancher pour la charge puis brancher nickel tout marche la pompe les led se met en marche la nuit a voir dans le temps notice pas en francais sa serai un plus .
