We order 2 SL4021 light gray fountains. Color is as pictured in product description and not a true light gray, more of a medium gray with intentional brown colorations on the front cascading panel. They look great and we have them located indoors in the living room. Arrived on time and set up is very easy. Just connect the light wire located inside the basin to the provided transformer and the water tube to the pump. I did apply the enclosed felt disks to the sides/base of the pump to reduce the pump vibration/humming sound when in operation. This greatly reduced the noise of the pump. Overall, setup took about 20 minutes on the first fountain and about 10 minutes on the second. The additional time on the initial setup was trying to determine the desired water flow intensity setting on the pump needed to avoid splashing onto the floor and to ensure the entire cascading panel of the fountain had water gently flowing over it. For my indoor use, I set the pump intensity to the lowest setting and then 2 slight clicks back toward the higher flow rate. Basin was filled with 2 1/2 gallons of water (I think it could hold a max of around 3 gallons) and a few drops of algaecide. Since they are on hardwood flooring, I also purchased gray square, rolling plant caddies also from Amazon just to be extra careful in case there is splashing or leakage. Since it doesn't have an on/off switch, I connected them to smart plugs and control them with Alexia. The lights at the top and bottom of the fountains and the tricking sounds provide a soothing, relaxing atmosphere in our living room. We are very pleased with our 2 indoor fountains.

Arrived on time in very secure packaging. Encased in form-fitting foam, there's no way this could be damaged during shipping. It took just minutes to set up and have water flowing. This is a present for my wife, and she loves it - loves the look and especially the sound of gentle-flowing water.
