UPDATE: Came home last Friday to discover that the vendor had shipped out a replacement fountain. While I’m typically a person who doesn’t mind repairing things rather than letting items go to waste, the damage on the bottom of my previous fountain was clearly a result of a manufacturing defect and warranted replacement. I unboxed the product immediately and set it up, and have the added bonus of being able to continue to use the previous fountains pump and now have a spare on hand for the future. I appreciate the prompt response and the vendors willingness to make matters right. The new fountain has been plugged in for a week and is running smoothly with no early signs of defect.This fountain was great while it worked, it is lovely to look at and makes a nice sound and the added bonus of a light makes it extra special— However, a couple of days ago I got it out for the year, cleaned it up and went to fill up, and water went everywhere. Flipped it over and the entire fiberglass bottom had corroded. Contacted the helpline on the product page and was instructed by the vendor to provide pictures and copies of my receipts. Fast-forward to this morning, I opened my email and to discover that their solution for the issue was to apologise, say that this seldom happens, and tell me they will get back to me with suggestions on how to repair it myself, and asked me to be patient in the interim. At this point The only thing they have going for them is quick response time to emails. I responded and told them that me paying additional money to purchase materials to fix the fountain myself wasn’t my preferred option considering that the fountain hadn’t eked out even a full year of use before this happened. Will update when I hear back. Hopefully they will send a replacement.

I've had one before for many years. It works great still but paint started to wear. The birds love it. It looks great in my garden. It runs most months of the year, sun up past sun down. The bats love it as well. Easy to set up. No leaks, easy to fill. Lightweight and has never blown over despite the high winds I have here. Great product.

I'm giving this product a 4 out 5 because I absolutely LOVE it! Yes the paint chipped after a year, not a week. However I may have scrubbed it too hard over the 12 months. I have repainted it and it's still beautiful. After 4 years, the lights have quit working and my pump just stopped. I am having trouble finding a replacement pump. For the lights, I just added a solar spot light and shined it on the fountain. Light issue solved, for me at least. Now i just need to find a replacement pump.

I love the shape, color and glow of this fountain. It looks like a flame sitting atop the water. It was a bit expensive but it is good quality and easy to maintain.

I received this as a gift from my daughters. It was lovely in my courtyad. I started using it the middle of May and on August 6th it stopped working. I unplugged the fountain when I was not home so it did not run 24 hours a day. The front also started pealing off. I called Amazon and they were not helpful. I paid $172.62 for this fountain and Amazon only reimbursed me $136, but said I could keep the broken fountain. I was on the phone with Amazon for 22 minutes and this was their solution. I don't want a broken fountain, I'm out of pocket $36 and I don't have a fountain. Amazon does not have any outdoor fountains for $136. I have been an Amazon Prime member for 10 years and I order about $14,000 worth of merchandise from them each year and this is how they treated me. I'm seriously thinking about dropping my Amazon account. They offered me the option of contacting the manufacturer but it was in China and I didn't want to make a long distance phone call to China. I'm very disappointed in the way Amazon treated me and I would suggest that you not order any kind of fountain from them that comes from China because Amazon does not stand behind the products they sell from China.

This is my replacement for a similar one that I've had for years that finally cracked. Looks fine except I wish it had handles - not easy to turn around if you want to add water from the back. The worst is the sound - sounds like someone is peeing and the only way to not have it sound like this (and sound somewhat pleasant) is to make sure it's full to the brim - always. That's a daily thing in the summer if you have a lot of birds drinking from your fountain. The pump is not strong so on the highest setting the bubbles at the top are minimal. Also the plug it came with says "rainproof" but does not look outdoor rated and only indoor. Would not buy again.

I like that it is lightweight but still looks like terracotta. Good quality, easy to assemble, have had quite a bit of interest from the hummingbirds. Doesn't seem to leak. Pretty good value, sound of the water quite relaxing. So far performance is great!

Great size however, water goes every which way😔 and the product is so much darker than the picture, I bought it for the colour and was very disappointed

This fountain is exactly what I had been looking for ever since our old fountain broke. The design gives lovely water sounds, and draws lots of little birds to drink and splash in it. It was very easy to set up, and is beautiful to look at. I would definitely buy this fountain again.
